Whilst having a golf swing malady and not able to adjust is quite normal these days. Millions of golfers every year march off the court in frustration. They all have a golf swing problem & have tried to solve it the traditional way.

You have a hard time staying in your posture during your golf swing. You have taken many lessons & golf instructor keeps telling you your going into the turn. What's that if you don't know why this happens?
Ill give you 1 (of many) reasons why this could happen!
Your hamstrings (back of thigh) are too tight & weeks! This is a fact with most golfers, especially senior golfers.
Golf posture requires a bending at the hips, which puts a strain on the hamstrings & low back. If your hamstrings are tight, they'll send a message to your brain says I don't keep this gets me out of this awkward position.
Does that make sense?
The other message your hamstrings might send Im not strong enough to hold this position, I am going to bail out at this point.
This is a very common reason for coming out of your golf swing.
But if you're not familiar this is why you'll continue to take lessons & hear the same thing again & again. You could've saved hundreds of dollars in lessons, just by stretching & strengthening your hamstrings specific to your golf posture.
